IMPORTANT - You can give us as much or as little information as you like. The only requirement is that you provide your License Number so that we can confirm that you are an active, licensed home builder. When you purchase stock plans, just provide your license number or building company name to recieve your 10% discount.

Site Licenses

If you're building multiple homes why not use the same plan twice or more? It's already been approved for permit!

For a small site license fee, we will authorize you to reuse the plans for the construction of additional homes. Contact a designer for more information.
