Home Designing Service Ltd. was started over 60 years ago in New Britain, Connecticut as a small one man operation, drawing home plans for a few local builders. Through the years, the company established a dependable, convenient, and reasonably priced designing service that sold stock plans and drew blueprints for custom homes and additions.

Since then, the company has grown and evolved into an efficient, multi-discipline designing service which now serves the entire state and beyond.

Our office is staffed with talented designers who can provide custom drawn home and addition plans. Our designers are also available to talk about and offer advice on your building ideas and plans.

Today, our clients come to us from all over Connecticut and New England. We do business with hundreds of real estate firms and development companies. Each year we sell thousands of home plans to individuals and homebuilders who come to us for reasonable prices, quality service, and sound advice.
